Mirjam Bikker is a Dutch politician and member of the Dutch Senate. She was born on September 14, 1964, in Nieuwegein, Netherlands. Bikker is affiliated with the Christian Union party in the Netherlands since 2000. She served as a member of the City Council of Utrecht from 2000-2007 and a member of the Provincial Council of Utrecht from 2007-2015. In 2015, she was elected to the Dutch Senate. Bikker focuses mainly on issues related to foreign affairs, defense, and justice. She is also a member of the Dutch delegation to the Council of Europe and the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. In addition to her political career, Bikker is also a lawyer and mediator by profession.
